I have just received a picture from Nathan Outlaw’s people of one of the courses from our beer and food night. When I started
messing around with the 52 brews I didn’t expect one to be on a menu created by a Michelin starred chef!
Behold Porthilly Beef and Oyster Pie prepared with and accompanied by
Seafood Stout.
The event is about a month away now and I really can’t wait!
